For your peace of mind, SOLOS GROW SHOP’s 90 day guarantee is intended to provide you, the customer, with a three month trial period to use Lush Lighting LED lights. This time should be used to run a complete cycle from start to finish. We are confident that you will witness how plants can be healthier, stronger and bigger when the correct spectra are energising your crop. Compared to other lighting products, Lush Lighting, Inc. LED fixtures do, in fact, increase photosynthetic efficiency in green leaf plants. For this reason, Lush Lighting, Inc. LED fixtures will yield a larger and more nutritious crop than conventional lighting. Use this guarantee to your advantage, there really is nothing to lose and a lot of profit to gain!

Satisfaction is not limited to any defect. SOLOS GROW SHOP guarantees Lush Lighting, Inc.’s products will lower your electric bill and at the same time increase the quality of your crop. Some customers see yield increase up to 20%! Use Lush LEDs properly and you too will see an increase! We do this with confidence in these lights’ superiority over all other types of indoor grow lighting. If you are unsatisfied with your Lush Lighting LED light fixture within 90 days, return it for a refund. A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) must be requested within these 90 days of the original purchase date. Since the results of the product will vary based upon other conditions surrounding the lights, this return will require some documentation be submitted. Satisfaction guarantee returns are based on you (the customer) being satisfied with our product. A written explanation on how our product did not fulfill your expectations is required. This information will be used for the sole purpose of documenting the refund. The results of the product need to be compared to another source of created light. All items must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging and include all accessories and proof of purchase. Lights that have been broken, damaged, altered, or had the housing opened are not returnable. “Damaged” includes, but is not limited to, water damage and damage resulting from being dropped and/or incorrect electrical connection. Returns will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a carrier that has tracking capabilities when sending returns. The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping fees, insuring the return shipment, and filing any necessary claims for damaged or lost returns. Shipping damage must be reported within four business days of receipt of the shipment from SOLOS GROW SHOP.

Satisfaction guarantee shipments will be covered if the following terms are met:
– Product is returned with RMA approval after providing proof of sale.
– Product must be returned in original packaging or equivalent.
– Damage due to poor packaging may void the guarantee and are the customer’s responsibility.
– Satisfaction guarantee will be void if factory serial # has been tampered with or removed.
– Satisfaction guarantee will be void if “Do not remove” sticker is removed from protective screw.
– Satisfaction guarantee returns for credit in like new condition are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
– If the item is not in like new condition, the restocking fee is up to 40%.
– Satisfaction guarantee shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
